| I have been painting in Watercolor for over twenty years, and showing my work throughout New England for the past fifteen years. The goal of each of my paintings is to capture everyday objects in a unique and different way so the viewer will see something new.
Most of my paintings would fall into the category of still life. I work from digital photographs that are usually taken in my studio, located in Merrimack New Hampshire but are sometimes taken on location. My favorite places to find subject matter for my still life photos are Antique shops and flea markets, where you can find unique items or things that remind me of the 1950’s and 1960’s. I prefer to take photos in my studio because I have more control of the lighting and the backgrounds for the picture.
I am a member of the
Manchester Artists Association , and I am currently showing my work at the Manchester Artists Association Gallery
